It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Bratunac. Siroki dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Bratunac’s 24. They outrebounded Bratunac 34-23 including 24 on the defensive glass. Siroki looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. The best player for the winners was American point guard Rashun Davis (182-93, college: Radford) who scored 20 points and 7 assists. Forward Dario Dreznjak (203-98) chipped in 19 points and 8 rebounds. Siroki’s coach Damir Vujanovic felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Naturalized Serbian Dejan Cup (202-83, agency: Interperformances) produced 10 points and 8 rebounds for the guests. Siroki have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 11-5 record having just two point less than leader Spars. Bratunac at the other side dropped to the sixth place with eight games lost. They share the position with Sloboda T.. Siroki will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Bratunac will play at home against Sloboda T. (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last game of round 20 Capljina defeated Kakanj in a road game 96-80.

Kakanj – Capljina 80-96

There was no surprise when 13th ranked Kakanj (4-13) was defeated at home by eleventh ranked Capljina (7-8) 96-80 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was swingman Milan Luzaic (191-96) who scored 21 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Serbian Djordje Savkovic (195-96, agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 16 points and 9 rebounds. Four Capljina players scored in double figures. Center Alija Islamovic (207-1) produced a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and forward Aldin Muflizovic (200-92) added 27 points respectively for the hosts. Capljina moved-up to eighth place. Loser Kakanj stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost. Capljina are looking forward to face higher ranked Leotar (#5) in Trebinje in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Kakanj will play at home against Celik (#3) and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
